Lodging I recommend and WHY !!

Venice Louisiana, located in south Plaquemine Parrish, www.plaqueminesparish.com is one of the last fishing villages in North America. Venice Louisiana became famous outside of the state lines when the internet took over and spread the word of world class fishing. Venice is nothing like other fishing towns, such as Pensacola Florida, or Galveston Texas. There is no sunny beach, there is no mall for shopping and for the most part there is not an abundance of restaurants. BUT there is WORLD CLASS FISHING for serious anglers.

This brings me to overnight accommodations. When you plan your *offshore* fishing charter with me, I want you to experience what Venice Louisiana has to offer, in style and in comfort. There are several places to stay, however I only recommend one place. I will only put my name on the absolute best.

Yellow Cotton Cabins in Venice Louisiana are simply THE BEST.
After a long day fishing the marsh or offshore you want a hot shower and cold A/C with the ability to relax while catching up on some TV. You deserve comfort, at Yellow Cotton Cabins www.yellowcottonbay.com the owners make sure that you want for nothing. (I've never had one complaint, NOT ONE)... Other than the fact that the owners live on site, this is a passion for them and not their first or even second successful business. You see, they are service oriented hosts and they have built relationships and businesses based on founding principles we can all live by...
